All hair services include a personalized consultation to determine the best style suited for your features and lifestyle; a stress-relieving shampoo; and a blowout to ensure the style is finished to perfection.

The cost of services may vary based on length, thickness and density of hair as well as the experience and education level of the stylist.

The salon boasts an innovative team dedicated to making you look and feel your best. We continually engage in education and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry and strive to remain leaders and innovators in our craft.

LATE ARRIVALS

At Vanity Salon, our goal is to provide quality services in a timely manner. We promise our guests on-time appointments and we schedule appointments based on estimated time windows for each service provided. We respect and believe in the value of every guest’s time and make every effort to keep all appointments running timely. We kindly request that guests notify us if they anticipate being late; we will make every effort to accommodate guests in those circumstances. Unfortunately, if a guest is more than 15 minutes late, rescheduling might be necessary based on the stylist’s subsequent appointments and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. This decision ensures we maintain the quality of service for all our guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments at Vanity are reserved exclusively for each client, and we greatly value your commitment to them. We understand the occasional need for schedule adjustments, so we kindly ask for a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellations.

As our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance, we recognize the possibility of forgetting a previously booked appointment. Since these services are reserved for you personally, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will incur a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount and forfeiture of any deposit.
  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount
  • Appointments made within 24 hours must be canceled within four hours of the appointment time to avoid a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • For reservation purposes, a credit card must be linked to your client profile.

This policy enables us to inform our waiting list of any availability and ensures optimal scheduling for our team. At Vanity Salon, we aim to uphold the highest standards of service for our valued clientele.

CONFIRMATIONS

We value your time and to ensure a smooth experience, we will send a courtesy text to confirm your service appointment 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. However, in the event we’re unable to reach you, it’s essential to take responsibility for remembering your appointment dates and times. This is to prevent late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellation fees. We kindly request that you confirm your appointment via text or phone call to secure your upcoming visit. Your cooperation in confirming your appointment ensures we can provide the best service and experience during your visit.

GIFT CARD POLICY

  • Non-refundable if lost or stolen.
  • Can not be redeemed for cash or used for gratuity.
  • Cardholders must be present at time of service or retail purchase.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

REFUND POLICY

Returns and exchanges for products are accepted within seven (7) days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please note, cash refunds are not available. Credit card purchases can be exchanged or refunded directly to your credit card, or for a store credit. No returns on hair brushes, hot tools, makeup or gift cards.
